Sultana Raisin

Iranian Sultana raisin is made of the best seedless grapes which are unique in flavor and are particularly noted for their sweetness and color. They have been shown to have the highest antioxidant capacity when compared to grapes. This kind of raisin is divided into two colors: light brown and dark brown (which is sweeter). Not only sultana raisins are used as a snack food without further processing, but also they are used in bread industry, cake and pastry bakeries, breakfast cereal products, and the dairy industry.

Golden Raisin

This popular kind of raisin is from grapes with special natural characteristics and particular sugar level. These characteristics are merely available in grapes grown in Bonab area and this city is the only and best producer of this kind of raisins in Iran. Mozafati Dates

Mozafati Dates are one of the tastiest and desirable types of dates in the world. the best and most delicious dates of Mozafati is grown in Bam city, located on south east of Iran.
With fascinating black color and moisture between 15% and 35%, depending on harvesting time and region, this date has a huge annual yield and accounts large portion of date consumption in Iran internal market. In addition, the annual production of this date is more than 100,000 tons.

Kabkab Dates

Kabkab dates as large dates, soft sweet and velvety texture and delicious taste. These are mostly growing in Dashtestan city of Bushehr province in Iran. This kind of date is a very suitable dates for industrial usage. Also, it used for direct consumption. The coloring of this variety is black and brown in pitted or unpitted. The moisture of this variety of dates is under 18%. In addition, the annual production of this date is about 50,000 tons.
